The request must be made to the local authority no later than one (1) year after the decision to allocate financial assistance by the State.

No new financial aid may be granted within five (5) years of the granting of a municipal subsidy for the purchase of a cycle on the basis of the amended municipal by-law of 07/03/2022 introducing financial aid for the promotion of zero or low CO2 emission road vehicles or on the basis of the municipal by-law of 29/03/2021 concerning the granting of a municipal subsidy for the purchase of a sustainable means of transport.

The amount of the subsidy is set at 25% of the amount allocated by the French government, up to a maximum of €300.
