proof of payment of the vel'OH! long-term subscription fee;
a copy of the vel'OH! card, stating the applicant's first and last name. If the card has not been requested, proof of valid subscription is required.

The amount of the municipal subsidy corresponds to the cost of a long-term subscription to the vel'OH! self-service bicycle system, and is granted once per calendar year.
