a copy of the decision concerning the allocation of financial aid by the State.

The request must be made to the local authority no later than one (1) year after the decision to allocate financial assistance by the State.

No new financial aid may be granted within five (5) years of the granting of a communal subsidy for the installation of a private charging point for electric vehicles on the basis of the amended communal regulation of 07/03/2022 concerning the introduction of financial aid for the promotion of zero or low CO2 emission road vehicles or on the basis of the communal regulation of 26/03/2018 concerning the granting of a communal subsidy intended to promote electric mobility.

The amount of the subsidy is set at 50% of the amount allocated by the French government, up to a maximum of €600.
