be the owner / keeper of a road vehicle registered in Luxembourg;
be domiciled in the commune of Mamer

Documents to enclose:

a copy of the registration certificate;
a copy of the decision concerning the allocation of financial aid by the State.

The request must be made to the local authority no later than one (1) year after the decision to allocate financial assistance by the State.

No new financial aid may be granted within five (5) years of the granting of a municipal subsidy for the purchase of a road vehicle on the basis of the amended municipal bylaw of 07/03/2022 concerning the introduction of financial aid for the promotion of zero or low CO2 emission road vehicles or on the basis of the municipal bylaw of 26/03/2018 concerning the granting of a municipal subsidy to promote electric mobility.

The amount of the subsidy is set at 10% of the amount allocated by the French government, up to a maximum of 600 €.
