The beneficiary declares that he/she is aware that:

Aid may be granted at the earliest when the beneficiary takes up legal residence in the commune of Mamer;
The dwelling for which assistance is granted must have been used as a principal and permanent residence for a period of at least ten (10) years from the date of declaration at the dwelling address;
If the dwelling for which aid has been granted is sold or rented out before the above deadline, the aid is immediately repayable to the municipal authorities in proportion to the monthly periods required to complete the ten (10)-year term.

The amount of the grant is set at 50% of the amount allocated by the French government, up to a maximum of €743.68.
