Condition:

to have taken out a mortgage loan at the social rate with a financial institution approved in
the European Union and the European Economic Area, or with a
pension organisation covered by the social security system, in
for the construction, acquisition or improvement of a residential property located on
the territory of the Commune of Mamer.

Documents to enclose:

a copy of the decrees issued by the Minister of Housing allocating the state subsidies;
copies of bank statements concerning subsidy transfers.

The communal subsidy is only granted for years when the amount of the interest subsidy granted by the State is greater than €25.

The amount of the subsidy is set at 100% of the amount allocated by the French government, up to a maximum of €600 per year.
